Project violet was something my sister and mom found early on. Our hope was to get Jennifer into something that this place was working on. They are “one of the good guys” in this battle. Dr Jim Olsen and team created tumor paint . Their facebook page needs only 5,000 likes to get $50,000 to use towards a critical piece of lab equipment.

Just a few hundred to go… and tell them love4jlk sent you!!

  3. Wow. Thinking of how you can help others at the saddest time in your life-pure selflessness. You amaze me, there are angels on this earth Libby, you are one of them.

  4. Dear Libby and family,

Would you consider posting some, or all, of JLK’s service on your page.
I know that for myself and probably many others who follow your blog and live too far away to attend her service would love to feel like we are there for you, like we are involved.

    Thank you.

  5. Thank you for this. I keep wanting to jump to action these past four months, devastated for you and your family. As a mother I am forever changed, for the better, by Jennifer and her glitter. I’m gonna shake it like a mofo all over for her. I look forward to contributing to each and every cause that can prevent this from happening to another person. Please keep sharing The Thread. Love you, Libby.

  6. It isn’t much, but I just set up a payroll deduction of $20 per check to go to the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center – Project Violet, in Jennifer’s name. I wish I could do more to help, and will continue to look for ways to do so. We don’t know each other, but your family has touched my life in a very deep way. Thank you for sharing your story.
