Welcome to the Unravel Blog

thank you

April 30, 2015

We are finally ready to share our Unravel video.. I thought I was so proud of it.. no I am proud it .. But my pride has grown and changed.. What has made me so incredibly proud today was seeing the words people have written while sharing it.

About WHY it matters to THEM.

To read about how what we are doing is important to so many people, many I have never met has been the boost I need to get myself above the dark waters that have been drowning me slowly over the past few weeks.

And my hope is by people sharing in that manner it will help others that haven’t been touched by the glitter to allow it become part of them too.. because it matters to their friend. Please feel free to share via social media or email. I think our video is the best way we and you can explain the who/what/why and help us grow stronger in this fight.

Thank you. For choosing to care when you don’t have to. For choosing Unravel to support. And for loving my daughter, my family.

Kisses!

the video footage of jennifer saying ” i love you mommy ” is so touching. The whole thing Libby…… amazing. So much love for you and Tony and your growing tribe <3

  2. Janis says:

Libby and Tony, This is an awesome, educational, and heart warming video. I support Unravel monthly, but have also started to research this disease myself. Thank you for giving so much of yourselves to help others. Jennifer Lynn’s precious life will not have been in vain. Love, Jan Rien

  3. Vicki Wooledge says:

Can we share the video on Facebook? UTube says the video is unlisted, and I’m not sure what that means.

Thinking of you & your family… especially Jennifer… tonight!

  4. Toni says:

The video is so inspiring. So amazing hearing Jennifer say – i love you mama. With Libby at the helm, Unravel is going to do big things. Thank you for letting us be a part of it.

  5. Esther McKee says:

So much love for the Kranz Family!!! Thank you for sharing your family and your Jennifer with all of us. You have changed the way I parent and I thank you for that! I will never ever stop spreading the glitter. xoxo

  6. Crystal Polson says:

I have family that struggles financially & although they see my many Unravel posts, I’m not sure they ever truly got it. Last night I shared this video with them to show them why I am so passionate about Unravel and they decided that they are going to donate the money they get from recycling to the Flutter campaign in September! Sometimes it only takes one to set off a ripple effect!

  7. Linda Blundo says:

Just amazing. I will share this and keep sharing. LOVE4JLK ♡

  8. Linda says:

Thank you for sharing Jennifer with us, thank you for fighting for all our kids, thank you for making me a better mother and person. God bless!

  9. Garlanda says:

I think the video is AMAZING & you should be very proud!!! It hits home, it tells your story but it also gives Jennifer back her voice even for just a few minutes. Unravel is doing so many amazing things & while I am in Canada I still suppose all of your hard work & tell everyone I can about your family & Jennifer xo

  10. Rachel says:

The video is absolutely amazing, great job! Shared with lots of love.

  11. Kat says:

    Spectacular, spot on! <3

  12. Anna DePalma says:

I lost it at “I love you momma :((( This video is amazing and it gets the point across. I know it must have been hard to make because I can see at times that both you and Tony almost loose it. You guys are doing a wonderful thing and hopefully in the very near future there will be a cure. Thank you sharing your family with us!! Jennifer has touched my heart and she will never be forgotten!!!

  13. Melissa says:

Thank you for making the video. My friends like to ignore pediatric cancer, I guess it’s an ugly sight to behold, and nobody wants to see those types of things. Best swept under the rug, they think. I’m trying to open their eyes. Sometimes ugly things need to be seen. Pediatric cancer is one of those things. When I see Jennifer, I see my own daughter. She is 5, with long hair and bangs, and a pretty sing-song voice like Jennifer had. JLK reminds me so much of my own child, I can NOT ignore this cancer beast any longer…it could be my child next, or my cousin, or my neighbor. Your family’s trials have shown me that yes, it CAN happen to anyone, at any time. I don’t have a lot of money, but I donate monthly to Unravel because I need to help…help our children. To me, that is the most well spent money in the world. Unravel is doing great things, Libby…you and Tony amaze me with your strength, even though it is obvious that you are broken. We supporters of Unravel are dedicated to helping find the cure…once you see videos of Jennifer and her sweet smile and hear her precious voice, you fall in love with her innocence, and get so very angry at cancer for stealing her away before she got a chance to finish growing up. I am from Texas, and I visited San Jose last week on a family vacation. I passed by Gilroy, and immediately thought of JLK and your sweet family. I pray that this video is shared all over Facebook, Twitter, etc. I hope it goes viral. I hope everyone soon will recognize Jennifer’s face and know Unravel by name…and spread glitter until we find the cure. Much love to your family.

  14. Jenn S. says:
